The main focus of the Law Office of MARINA D. PETILLO is to assist a Client/Party during a difficult and emotional time. It is MARINA D. PETILLO'S opinion that there are no real winners if a matter becomes acrimonious and a lengthy litigation ensues. If children are involved, they are usually the losers in an adversarial action. If a matter can be resolved through mediation or by collaborative/cooperative means then those are the avenues that should be explored.

MARINA D. PETILLO is a Florida Supreme Court Certified Family Law Mediator who has mediated over 500 cases. She is an experienced and compassionate mediator who attempts to really listen to the parties and assist them in identifying and resolving their conflicts. In addition, MARINA D. PETILLO has completed the Elder Mediation Certificate program.

In her role as Guardian ad Litem or Attorney ad Litem, MARINA D. PETILLO has investigated family conflicts and made recommendations to the Court regarding time-sharing, parental rights, and other child-related issues.
